4. Buy at your own risk. We are not responsible of any problem, infection, or any injured to your eyes. We can only guarantee that the Lens we are selling is 100% authentic!
5. If you do not make payment after the confirmation of the order, your order will be automatic cancel after 3 days.
6. Strictly NO cancellation order after payment done!
7. If You Banking Extra, We Will Deduct the Balance in Your Next Order.
8. Please keep the resit after you make payment through maybank, so that we can check the transaction day and amount.
9. Online banking transfer from different bank, we will only confirm the payment after 3 dayz.
10. Tracking number will be given after we post out the stock.
11. We will ship your items out on the next working days once we receive it. We know you can't wait for it :)
12. We are not responsible for the broken, delay, damage cause on the lens during the shipment. We only send out the lens in good condition.

All items in d’ Lense Houz is ready stock, we will keep stock on hand. For normal item, we have 5pcs for each item; For fast selling items, we have 30pcs for each items. 所有服装是现货。对于一般服装目，我们只进5件;对于快速销售服装，我们每个进30件
2. Please order only if you are willing to wait within 7 days of arrival of stock, please allow 1-5 more days if need to restock货需要一段时间才能抵达，请宝贝们耐心等候。不能等 的宝贝，请别下单哦.使用空运，7天到货，如果需要补货，请加多1-5天，如果货到延

7. the exact availability of stocks can only be confirmed when the order form is submitted from me to the supplier as the availability changes from time to time关于宝贝订的货是否有货的问题，只能在D’ Lense Houz下单及汇款给商家。再请商家处理后才能知道哦，因为存货率会一直变动的。
8. We processing order according to customer bank-in time, means first come first serve. There is the possibility when customer checking the stock availability, the item still has 5pcs on hand. But while received payment from the customer, the 5pcs actually is paid and reserved by another customer who had make payment earlier. In this case, we will restock from overseas supplier and it takes about 2 working days to arrive Malaysia. Sometimes, due to the delay of shipment or Kastam duty issue, the shipment may be hold by the Kastam.So, we will send message to advice customer change to other available item. There is another conditions is when we restock from the oversea supplier, the specific item had stop production. 15. D’ Lense House will only exchange purchased goods, provided the following conditions:
Purchased goods are badly torn and wrong color as per purchase order.
We will ensure all purchased goods are in good condition and correct as per customer purchase order before sending them to customers. However, following disputes will not be entertained if the purchased goods/products are: 在特定情况下，我们将予以换货，但谢绝一些无理取闹的退货要求.请宝贝们花几分钟，阅读以下的换货协定和规则：

破、烂、染色。

* Bad material材质不好
* Size not fit尺码不对
* Light-colored clothes with minor stain颜色有误差
* Pattern not same as the pic花色和图片不一样
* Button color not same as pic纽扣颜色不一样
* Decorative border not same as pic花边颜色不一样
* Minor threads edging, fabric wrinkled线头、褶皱
* Minor fabric seams problem like untidiness不影响整体穿着的瑕疵，如里衬、边角等不明显处开线、缝制不齐
*Little Spot or peccadillo on the cloth 淡色衣服上的小暇斑、小污点
* Small hole小洞
15. D’ Lense House will only exchange purchased goods, provided the following conditions:
Purchased goods are badly torn and wrong color as per purchase order.
